Kevin is a holder of a B. Comm from U.C.C. and qualified as a solicitor in 1989. Kevin is responsible for the Corporate Services within the firm and specialises in the following areas of practice:

Fiona O’Sullivan
Fiona O’Sullivan spent many years in the financial services sector, working in the areas of residential mortgages and life & pensions. She graduated from UCC with a BCL (Hons) in 2008. After completing her Law Society Entrance Exams she started her apprenticeship with David J. O’Meara & Sons in 2010 and qualified as a solicitor in 2012. Fiona successfully completed the Law Society Diploma in Trust and Estate Planning in 2014.

Deirdre has considerable experience in Civil Litigation, and advises on all aspects of litigation matters from personal injury claims, property disputes to breach of contract. She has gained practical experience in all aspects of litigation procedure particularly in the High Court and Circuit Court.
Deirdre is also the firm’s lead Employment Solicitor involved in all aspects of Employment law on both the employer and employee side. She regularly advises clients on the preparation and review of contracts of employment, agreements and HR policies and procedures in the workplace.
She regularly appears before the Circuit and High Courts, and before the various Employment Law Fora, such as the Rights Commissioners, the Employment Appeals Tribunal, etc.
