When disputes including issues relating to property, commercial disputes and other concerns cannot be resolved, the courts may be required to address the matter and give judgement. The court venue depends on the value of the case.

We have experience in prosecuting and defending commercial proceedings including debt collection proceedings and breach of contract disputes in the Commercial Court, partition proceedings, proceedings seeking equitable relief in the property involved, disputes relating to fishing rights, nuisance and noise disturbance and many other forms of litigation regarding property.
