Commercial Conveyancing

The purchase and sale of commercial properties, to a large extent, follows the same format as general conveyancing but does require special attention, especially where large commercial developments are concerned.  We look after the purchase\sale\short and long term leasing of all types of commercial units\properties.  Invariably, the purchase of a commercial premises involves raising finance and this will involve the signing of commercial mortgages\debentures (where companies are raising finance).  Sometimes commercial conveyancing involves taking short or long term leases of properties and the landlord and tenant legislation governing commercial properties embodies quite a large area of law in itself.
