Wind Farm Agreements and Licences

This is an area of law which has developed dramatically over the past 10 years or so.  We have acted and continue to act both for Wind Farm Companies and for Farmers selling and/or licensing lands for the construction of wind farms to include all forms of agreements, licences and transfers which can be evoked in these circumstances.  Again tax advice in these areas are matters that we have dealt with on a regular basis.
