Transfer and Lease Agreements

For upwards of the past 60 years this firm has been involved in the transfer of agricultural assets to include land, buildings, chattels, profits a prendre, and in more recent times the transfer of farm entitlements which has been very prevalent, particularly in the past 5 years.  Leases of land to include con-acre agreements and agistment agreements form part of our not weekly but daily service supply to dairy, beef and tillage farmers.
