Partnerships

With the onset of modern farm practices and in particular the development or large scale milk quota production and grain production Farm Partnership Agreements and Milk Production Partnerships have emerged as very popular and viable methods of farmers being able to assist each other and come together in joint operation of the farm. We at David J. O’Meara and Son LLP have extensive experience in the preparation and maintenance of such agreements and for assisting in the ongoing operation of such partnerships. We have attended numerous seminars over the years and have had regular contact with expert personnel in providing the best possible standard of advice and documentation in this respect.
