Enduring Power of Attorney

This an area of business which has become far more prevalent in recent times.  With the welcome onset of life longevity, people have become much more conscious of the absolute necessity to have their affairs in order not alone for after they decease but whilst they are alive should they become incapable of managing their own affairs.  In those circumstances, we can provide expert advice in all aspects of the creation of an Enduring Power of Attorney.  We have successfully given a number of seminars in this area and in related areas such as the Fair Deal Scheme, applications under the Assisted Decision Making (Capacity) Act 2015 as amended, and the area of mental capacity.
